Your family adventure begins with a comfortable pickup in a private, air-conditioned vehicle. As we travel across Roatán, your local guide will share the history and culture that make our Caribbean home so unique. Along the way, we make various stops such as our famous chocolate & rum factory, where you will receive a briefing on the products and free samples of the different types of chocolates, various rum & rum cake that are all made here on the island, followed by a visit to one of the island’s highest driving points, offering a breathtaking panoramic view to capture the beauty of the island with photographs from above.

The highlight of the day is a visit to our wildlife park. You will have the opportunity to see our sloths in a natural setting and learn about their unique habits. While cuddling the sloths is no longer allowed, you can still get up close for incredible photo opportunities. You can also enter the enclosure to interact with our friendly, energetic monkeys and meet a variety of colorful tropical birds, including Scarlet Macaws and parrots.

Once you’ve met the animals, it’s time for a true off-road experience. You will hop on your own fully automatic ATV for an off-road adventure through the island’s jungle trails. You don’t need to be an expert to drive; your private guide leads the way and sets a pace that is comfortable for you. We will navigate up and down the rugged hills of Roatan, getting deep into the tropical terrain that most visitors never see. We make sure to pull over at the best hidden spots along the way so you can take a break and snap photos of the ocean views from the north of our island. It’s a fun, dusty, and exciting way to see the “wild” side of our home.
